No. The ZDX is on the MDX platform whereas the Crosstour is on the US Accord platform.

My wife pointed out one of these this weekend. She mentioned it, of course, because she thought it was extraordinarily ugly. She spotted a Crosstour shortly after with the same reaction. She really has no particular interest in cars, but still identifies these as unattractive.
